Thank you for shopping at Mr Plastic. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the terms below.
1. Eligibility and Conditions for Returns
- You may return unwashed, unused merchandise in original packaging (and with original tags, if applicable) within [7 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them and include all original accessories, parts, and paperwork.
- Returns under “defective or wrong item shipped” are exempt from any restocking fee or shipping charge (see section 5).
- Custom-made products, personalized items, or hygiene items may not be eligible for return, except in the case of defects or shipping errors.
- You must include proof of purchase (order number, packing slip, invoice) with your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your return.
- Pack and seal your return securely (preferably in original packaging).
- Ship the item (if applicable) to our designated returns address:

3. Return Methods & Shipping Costs
- Returns may be made via [mail / courier / drop-off location / in-store].
- The cost of return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we shipped an incorrect item.
- We do not accept COD (Cash on Delivery) returns.
- The package should be returned prepaid (i.e. you pay for shipping upfront).
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit—use a carrier with tracking and adequate insurance.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email within [2 business days].
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [5–10 business days] after approval.
- Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).
- If we issued you a prepaid return label in error, we may deduct the return shipping cost from your refund (unless we accept responsibility).
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item (e.g. for another size or color), please indicate this when requesting your return.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Return shipping for exchanges is handled the same way as returns (see section 3).
- If the replacement item is of lesser value, we will refund the price difference. If greater, you pay the difference.
6. Restocking Fees
- We may charge a restocking fee of [e.g. 10% / fixed amount] for returns that involve opened, altered, or incomplete items (unless due to damage or defect).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are not in resalable condition.
7. Seasonal & Holiday Extensions
During certain promotional or holiday periods, we may extend the standard return window (e.g. additional 15 or 30 days). Any extension will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
8. Non-Returnable / Excluded Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return, but may be covered under warranty:
- Custom or personalized products (unless defective)
- Hygiene or sanitary items
- Clearance, final-sale, or heavily discounted items
- Items missing original packaging, parts, or tags
9. Defective or Damaged Items
- Our policy is clearly accessible to customers on our website (without requiring login) and matches the policy we provide in Google Merchant settings.
- We permit returns for both defective and non-defective items (not just defects)
- We specify our return window (e.g. 30 days) and refund processing time
- We disclose any customer responsibility for return shipping and restocking fees.
- We respond to customer return requests within 2 business days, provide a return label or refund, or explain denial.
- If we use different return rules for specific products, we will apply the [return_policy_label] attribute in the product feed to map exceptions.
We reserve the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website and in our Google Merchant Center settings.
